3. Account Registration

Scan limits, feature restrictions, and usage thresholds apply according to your selected plan.

6. Payments & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, and content belong to QR Genie and Host Genie. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant us a limited license to host and process it for service delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QR Genie and Host Genie shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, business interruption, loss of data, or revenue losses.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of Terms, non-payment, or illegal activity. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
