1. Subscription Services

QR Genie operates on a subscription model.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to recurring billing based on your selected plan (monthly or yearly).

Billing Cycle: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

2. Trial Access

Trial Terms

  • No charges apply during the trial period
  • If you upgrade to a paid plan, billing begins immediately after confirmation
Remember: Trial periods are limited-time offers. Once the trial ends, you will be automatically converted to a paid plan if you haven't cancelled.

3. Refund Eligibility

Annual plans may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of initial purchase, provided:

  • No abuse of service has occurred
  • Scan usage is within reasonable limits
  • No violation of the Acceptable Use Policy

4. No Refunds For

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Failure to use the service
  • Accidental purchases
  • Plan downgrades
  • Accounts suspended due to policy violations
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless required by law)
Important: Always review your subscription details before completing a purchase.

5. Service Downtime

Uptime Policy

QR Genie strives for high availability. Temporary downtime due to maintenance or technical issues does not automatically qualify for refunds.
